Shipping Policy

At DaMa Naturals, we do our best to process and ship your order carefully and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Delivery

We currently deliver to Belgium and the Netherlands.

The estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 business days.

The stated delivery times are estimates. In exceptional circumstances, for example during busy periods or due to delays with the carrier, delivery may take longer.

Shipping Costs

The following shipping rates currently apply:

Belgium

• Standard shipping: €5.95
• Free shipping on orders over €50

The Netherlands

• Standard shipping: €6.50
• Free shipping on orders over €100

The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email, where available, allowing you to track your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Package

Have you received your order damaged, or does your package appear to have been lost in transit? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dama-naturals.com and provide your order number.

In the case of a damaged delivery, we kindly ask you to include, where possible, clear photos of the parcel, packaging and damaged products.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order.

If you notice that you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dama-naturals.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to update the address where possible.

DaMa Naturals is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting solely from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
